Combined Churches Rally - Port Macquarie NSW
We went out of our way to say Thankyou.
We had 700 people present. I told them that this was not the finish of the week of thanksgiving but it was the beginning. We were so excited not only about having the 18 churches all involved but having 700 at our evening rally. My wife and I went to New Zealand after the rally and felt that we should take with us the concept of thanksgiving. So everywhere we went whether at motels or restaurants or whatever we did we went out of our way to say thank you. The reception we got was similar to what we saw in Port Macquarie. We also prayed a blessing over each town and city we went to. The great thing that happened in the South Island was that there were no incidence of Swine Flu. There were many in the North Island . So where we go from here is to focus on Breakthrough In the City. Currently we are taking back the workplace. I am currently working with the Council and the state and Federal Members to discuss how we can influence our town. At an Elim Church in Christchurch we found that they called their corporate prayer meeting “ Hope from Heaven” we intend to duplicate it.
