It was great to receive a handwritten thankyou note from the Governor General Quentin Bryce
It was a treat to receive a handwritten thankyou note from Governor General Quentin Bryce thanking us for the Thanksgiving Day card we sent her. During the week before National Day of Thanksgiving our Prayer Group posted out 184 Thanksgiving Day cards. Over 100 were sent to Fire Fighters in New South Wales and Victoria. We sent a card to each Councillor in two Local Councils. Several cards were sent to Federal and State Leaders, and also to Salvation Army Divisions in NSW and Queensland.
